Why aren’t women’s tungsten engagement rings with diamonds?

I know that you can find tungsten bands with diamonds embedded in them, but why can’t I seem to find a ring that has elevated diamonds (like normal gold princess cut 3 stone rings or the like)? Does anyone make them? If not, why….

Tungsten is not a particularly malleable metal, so it’s not possible to create a raised setting as it won’t bend to hold the stone in place as gold or platinum will. In order to get the claw shape needed for a raised setting it would have to be cast around a stone, which would be extremely difficult to do and still have a nice-looking finished product.
