What Belly Bar should I get?

My piercing is really infected and it hurrrrts :L
And i have a bar in atm and i dunno what its made out of but it dosent fit as its shrunk :S
So im buying a new one that will fit (8mm one) but what should i have it made out of ?
Its been infected for a while LOL
Is Polished Titanium Ok?

If I were you, I’d get some neosporin or something, keep cleaning it and try to get the infection to go away first. My best friend had the same issue (with infection) as most people do who get their belly button pierced and she took hers out to clean it and it turned out okay. I’d recommend stainless steal (like the one the piercer put in) until the infection goes away at least.Other metals might aggravate your (now sensitive) skin and make it worse.
