Where can I find nice rings for small fingers?

I have particularly small hands (i’m very petite anyway) and wear a size 4.5 ring. I’m 23 and have always loved rings (especially anything sterling silver and/or with opals). Are there any stores that may have a wider range of ring sizes than the usual 6-10?
from my experience children’s stores usually have jewelry aimed for kids: with butterflies and cute little animals etc. not exactly what i’m looking for

Tiffanys rings go down to size 4. Other high end boutique jewlery stores (whatever you have in your area) probably carry smaller sizes as well.
