Disagreements on wedding ring traditions?
Hello,
Me and my future hubby have a couple disagreements about the wedding rings. I always thought, no one ever told me this, that the bride and groom picked out their rings..and they came in sets. The bride’s ring and the grooms band.
Also, he wears Silver Jewelry, I, on the other hand, am a mini Mr. T. I have gold jewelry from head to toe (literally). So naturally, he wants a silver band and I gold. Do the bands have to match each other in color?
I understand it’s about us being married and not the wedding. We aren’t even having a big wedding. It’s gonna be on the beach, with me, him, our son and maybe like 2 friends. I juss want everything to be perfect, I want the start of our life to be flawless…and yes, the rings have to be perfect,,,he doesn’t deserve anything less than perect.
the rings are your choice. Most couples opt to get matching sets however, you might be able to find bands that match except yours is gold and his can be silver.
